I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), Canada. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Concordia University, where Dr. Szilvia Papai supervised my work. My doctoral research focuses on microeconomic theory, with an emphasis on matching theory, market design, and mechanism design.

I have over five years of university-level teaching and mentoring experience. I am committed to creating engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environments that encourage students to develop their analytical skills and curiosity about economics. My broader academic experience also includes empirical research projects funded by organizations such as the Government of Bangladesh, which have strengthened my interest in applying economic theory to real-world issues and collaborating across disciplines. 

I am committed to continuing to grow as both an educator and a researcher while contributing to the academic community through rigorous research, engaging teaching, and meaningful collaboration.
